Looking for authentic pho
I and my husband are both from Northern Vietnam. We just moved to Chicago from Orlando where there is some great Vietnamese food. I hope to find a pho restaurant here that has this type of fresh, authentic noodles- flat and wide (picture is a pho bowl in Hanoi). Would appreciate if anyone has found one in or near Chicago and can share with us 🙏
If not then please make some suggestions for other great pho places as well. We have only tried Nha hang - their pho is ok but the broth is a bit too sweet for our taste (their bun bo hue is very good though), so any place that has less sweet pho is great.
