Weekly Shonen Champion #38 (1993), zero online trace, got offered 450 euros out of nowhere. What is this actually worth?

A few days ago I posted on another subreddit asking for help identifying a Weekly Shonen Champion magazine I had in my collection with my brother. With the community's help, I confirmed it was Weekly Shonen Champion #38, 1993.
Here's what's been bugging me ever since: I cannot find a single trace of this issue online. No photos (the only ones I've seen are mine), no auction history, no Mandarake listing, no eBay sale, nothing on Mercari Japan either. It's like this copy doesn't exist on the internet.
Recently, completely out of the blue, someone offered me 450 euros for it.
I have zero reference points to evaluate whether that's fair, low, or actually a steal for the buyer. No comps, no prior sales, nothing.
So I'm turning to this community because if anyone knows, it's you guys.
A few questions:
- Has anyone ever seen this specific issue documented or sold anywhere?
- How do you value something when there is literally no sales history and no comparable copies visible online?
- Does extreme scarcity (single known copy online) significantly drive up value for this era of Japanese magazines?
Not looking to sell here, just genuinely trying to understand what I have. Any help appreciated.
