When is the next Glitch Direct actually happening?

Ever since Gameoverse dropped in May, there has been a lack of updates for other shows. Now that TADC has ended and there is not much info on shows like the Gaslight District or Knights of Guinevere, I feel like we are not getting an update this year.

However, fans could theorize that a new Glitch Direct could be dropping later this year. Maybe around October or November. It's currently not easy to say when these updates will be announced by Glitch themselves, but there is at least a slight chance that a Glitch Direct will happen in the coming months of October or November. What do you guys think?

Would you rather fight Kid Cobra or Min Min and explain why.

Would you rather fight Kid Cobra or Min Min and explain why. You are a rookie who just got their first pair of arms. You have to pass one final test before you can compete in the Grand Prix and you have to pick either one of these. Pick one and explain why you would fight them.

Would you rather fight Misango and Ninjara or Master Mummy and Mechanica?

If anyone is an ARMS veteran or played the game since it's released, y'all would know that both of these teams are genuinely unfair. Misango is a beast in combat. The dude literally lifts giant totems and statues on his arms before breakfast (picture in the ARMS gallery) and has the survival instincts of a high ranking monk. Once Misango wears his mask and it turns either blue or purple, you are screwed. Ninjara is the definition of unpredictable. He literally jumps, dashes and vanishes into thin air, just to pop up right next to you or behind you the second he touches the ground to use his rush attack.

Master Mummy is an absolute monster. He will start roaring in your face, he will grab you with both arms if he catches you off guard, send you into the air and slam you so hard into the ground, you will forget why you are even fighting him in the first place. Mechanica is probably the most broken female character in the entire game. Her mech is already dangerous enough, but just wait until she sends you into the air just to launch a spin attack with her arms and drain your health. Mechanica's rush attack will absolutely demolish you if you are in the wrong place and just like that you are done for.

As an early player of ARMS, I think the smartest choice here is Ninjara and Misago because unlike the other two, they are actually kind of easy to edge if you have fast reaction time and it's better than getting sent back to the title screen by two absolute tanks who will make you regret even hearing of the tournament in the first place.

Thoughts on Fanatic?

In my opinion, Fanatic was peak. The basketball theme, the music video, the animation it was all peak. But what do you all think of the song?

How powerful do you think Dusk actually is?

I think Dusk will probably be the most OP character in Gameoverse. I mean, just look at this dude.

This image alone is enough to tell us he is going to be one of the most broken characters in the entire Indie animation community.

I think Dusk is gonna be that one character that moves a specific movement with his fingers and instantly blows up an entire planet. Again, JUST LOOK AT THIS DUDE! The presence, the cold look, the eyes, it's all right there. Trust me, Dusk is going to be absolutely broken. If the show gets greenlit and we see a trailer where Dusk is just aura farming and casually blocking any attack that comes to him, he is going to turn the Syntax into float.

Just Why?

Recently, Gangle's voice actor, Marissa Lenti, has been getting a lot of hate and it's gotten to the point where people started sending her death threats. Let's go through it, I guess.

So, there is this ship in TADC called Ribbun, which is a ship of Gangle and Jax. Marissa was involved in this ship since she was a direct supporter and fan of the ship. A lot of fans were pissed because shipping Jax and Gangle involved Jax being terrible and abusive to her, which is what sparked the hate on Gangle's VA.

Due to Marissa shipping Ribbun, fans started threatning death on her and also started harassing her on multiple platforms like Twitter and Tumblr. Marissa then ended up deleting her Tumblr account because of all the backlash.

Marissa didn't deserve the hate in my opinion. How was she supposed to know how fast the ship turned into a problem? With the way platforms like Twitter/X are these days, it is safe to say that the fandom has been turning into a toxic environment for ships and a lot more.

I get that people were ticked off because of the ship being abusive and cruel, but that doesn't mean they can send death threats to one of the voice actors directly just because they supported it without knowing how fast the ship became controversial. Also, it's just a ship. A ship made with characters from a cartoon. Ships are meant to be fun and not cruel. Directly targeting one of the VAs isn't going to solve anything either. Remember, it wasn't just her supporting Ribbun, it was thousands of people too. I don't support Ribbun because I'm not into shipping people or cartoons, but I am just saying that we shouldn't be getting furious over a silly little non canon relationship concept. What do you guys think though?

Poco Buffies concept description

Gadget 1: Instead of 5 seconds of healing in his gadget, Poco's healing speed will be increased to 3.5 seconds. Poco will then get a 25% faster reload speed and a 10% faster movement speed.

Gadget 2: Instead of 4 seconds of immunity, it will be increased to 4.5 seconds and will give Poco and his teammates a shield that holds the immunity effect.

Star Power 1: Poco heals teammates for 1040 health and damage will increase by 50 DPS, added to his normal attack. This will only work the closer you get to the enemy in tile radius.

Star Power 2: Poco deals 1750 damage instead of 1600 and give teammates and himself a 1.5 second shield that gives damage immunity and a 10% speed boost.

Hypercharge: Super over heals past teammates health and gives them a decaying shield for 6.5 seconds instead of 5. But instant healing from his Super gets a 0.5 second delay. Poco gets a 10% speed boost, 15% damage buff and 10% more shield. The shield will also give Poco and 2 second immunity.
