Been experimenting with AI automation for small businesses lately, mostly around the writing and communication side of running a business.
Things like:
\- Client emails and follow-ups
\- Weekly social media content
\- Customer onboarding messages
\- WhatsApp or email broadcasts
\- The same replies teams end up typing over and over again
One thing I've noticed is that many businesses are still creating these from scratch every single time. Individually they only take a few minutes, but over weeks and months they add up to a surprising amount of time.
What's interesting is that most of these workflows can be systemized. Once the business context is in place, the process becomes much faster while still sounding like the business—not generic AI output.
I'm curious how others are handling this.
