I want to apply medical leave but my teachers marked me present in 2 lectures

It's too late for them to rectify it and she refused because of that

What am I supposed to do?

Will it get rectified automatically because there was an option to put a request or do I have to go here and there and pull some strings

I didn't submit my assignment for academic planning and now the portal has closed,like it doesn't even show late submission. So I can't submit it anywhere now. What's gonna happen
