A local newspaper is looking to interview an in-state undergraduate student (can be attending any Tennessee college, not just UTC or Chattanooga State) about UT System's development of reduced-hours bachelor degrees.

The yellow part is what I want; the white box pops up automatically and ALWAYS extends beyond what I want, often capturing empty space, which makes drawing clean lines of tiles impossible. (See the second image.)

How so I configure Unreal so that it grabs ONLY the parts of the tile I highlight instead of extending it?
