First half Marathon
I ran my first-ever half marathon! 🏃♂️
21.3 km |×2 hours 43 minutes.
And a distance I once wasn’t sure I could finish.
The post-rain weather helped, but somewhere after the first few kilometres, it became less about pace and more about continuing to move forward.
This is a big milestone for me, but definitely not the finish line. My next goal is to become a better, stronger, and smarter runner and eventually complete a full marathon.
I’m still learning about pacing, running form, nutrition, recovery, and building weekly mileage properly. So, runners and marathoners in my network: I need your help.
