Did some briskets for the guys and gals at work and it turned out amazing!
Tried the frog vs beer can. Dusted with Kinders Grilled Chicken seasoning, 300 until 165 . Both turned out super juicy the frog was slightly crispier. Love the kick of lemon in the seasoning.
Has anybody used one? Reviews on YouTube seem straight forward. Looking to do mostly sausages and cheese and maybe some dehydrating.
