Green is keen - help me back
I have been running NSM, having read the book and using the NSM app, since coming of a traditional marathon build in May. I have gotten great results, but I am consistently in the green (in intervals.icu), and while it worked out fine initially, I am starting to feel tired, a bit fatigued in the legs, and general signs like that of doing a bit to much, too fast.
I am currently running vanilla NSM with six running days, and additional strength training on the side. If I am to cut of five - ten “form” points, to back to “grey is okay”, how would I best go about it?
Cut a running days? Cut back minutes? I do not feel like it is the tempo that’s the issue, heart rate is actually below where it should be on sub-threshold runs, and I actually enjoy running the easy runs super easy.
(The massive dip / spike in the graph was a weeks all inclusive vacation, without any running)
