I was diagnosed with chs about 3 months ago all my friends smoke and I lowk miss it i don’t want to be in pain like that again I don’t know if it’s the same for everyone it was horrible for me I’m just wondering if I could ever start again or if that’s me done

Edit after reading some posts on here it’s reminded me why I don’t want to go back the pacing to get away from the pain the not eating the sleep Appriciate you guys on here man
