Newbie - form check
Not necessarily new to using the machine rowing, but new to focusing on proper form. History of many injuries, including a shattered femur (snowboarding accident) which has left my body unbalanced and immobile in many ways, especially in my hips and
Shoulders. I try to remain in the 16-18 s/m range while I’m learning, watching my video I appear to be very stiff. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
