BIRADS 4A with bad markers - BENIGN
I just wanted to fist say GOD IS GREAT. This journey was the most stressful 1 and a half month journey. I had gone to get an ultrasound because I thought I felt a lump in my right breast. Turns out, that was just breast and it was actually my left breast that had a 1.2cm hypoechoic mass with calcifications, internal and external vascularity, posterior acoustic shadowing, and irregular shape. I couldn’t find anyone on Reddit who had all my features and I was starting to get NERVOUS. I had every bad thought you could possibly imagine and spend almost my entire days going through Reddit posts, but I wanted to get on here and say EVEN WHEN IT LOOKS REALLY BAD ONLY PATHOLOGY WILL REALLY TELL. Mines ended up being INCREASED STROMAL FIBROSIS, FOCAL DUCTAL EPITHELIAL HYPERPLASIA, APOCRINE METAPLASIA AND MILD PERIDUCTAL CHRONIC INFLAMATION. NO EVIDENCE OF CALCIFICATIONS OR MALIGNANCY.
