Is it fine for i5-9500 and gtx 1650 6 pin model in my dell optiplex 3070 to get this high on in temp?

Sorry, I'm repeatedly coming here asking silly quesiton.

The computer was ideal all the day, when I got home, launched sekiro shadow die twice, 5 min into the game, and this was the result.

The cover was close, could the be the problem? And yes I changed the paste on the cpu.

it's on the MAX setting, btw

Can't use Torrentio or any other torrent services

I'm new to Nuvio, came from Stremio. So I added Torrentio by copying it from my stremio addons, but it says, "The stream type isn't supported "
