I took AP Bio in high school so I was able to skip the intro bio classes in my undergrad that would have been a semester of review for me. I went straight to microbiology, physiology, and genetics. The prerequisite lists on most schools I'm seeing specify biology or botany but that upper level courses can count. Am I okay as it is? I'm graduated but going back for one more semester to fulfill my last prereq. If I register soon I can take a cell and molecular biology class and its lab.
