I was downtown yesterday and noticed the COBC at the four corners is gone (closed and signage removed). Anyone know what’s going in that spot?

So, I’m not a new runner. I’ve been running for 9 years and I’ve done several marathons. However, maybe I’m making a rookie mistake because every sock gives me massive blisters on the inside of my forefoot. I’ve tried Feetures and Balega. I wear Brooks Adrenaline shoes. What socks are you guys wearing that don’t give blisters?
