My Opera GX browser is unusable because its crashing when I open it. I am mentioning everything I have tried since yesterday with the help of AI and forums.

• Clean DDU uninstall + fresh AMD driver install
• Clean Nvidia driver reinstall (multiple times prior)
• Disabled Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS)
• Forced browser to iGPU only via Nvidia Control Panel
• Forced browser to dGPU only via Nvidia Control Panel
• dxdiag checked — no errors

Windows / System

• Checked Exploit Protection program settings — clean
• Checked Group Policy (gpresult) — failed to generate
• Checked kernel MitigationOptions registry — not set
• Checked IFEO registry hooks — clean
• Checked ValidateAdminCodeSignatures — disabled
• Checked GraphicsDrivers registry — normal
• Stopped CldFlt service
• Disabled WARP (wasn't running anyway)
• Rolled back KB5094126 to build 8457 — still crashed
• Paused Windows Updates

• Process Monitor full capture — no ACCESS DENIED, GPU process exits cleanly with status 0
• Crash dumps enabled — folder stayed empty
• auditpol — all default
• Code signing check — Thorium unsigned, Opera valid
• wevtutil servicing log — empty, nothing installed day of breakage

Reinstalls / Clean installs

• Thorium clean reinstall — same crash
• Cleared user data — same crash
