How do you balance pushing vs holding back on race day?
Took me a few races to understand this properly. Going slightly easier early has always worked out better

Getting in is so so simple bro but deciding when to get out...thats the trouble. and it bothers me even more as someone who is very passionate about it but the situation is really troubling and market is so much volatile
Every time I feel like I need to change something last minute and then end up going back to what i trained with anyway
Not big stuff just something small that would’ve made the day smoother
