Best hatchback for Bangalore short term?

I need a car for 1-1.5 years basically for daily office travel and 100km round trip to hometown 2 times a month.
I’m looking for suggestions on best hatchback for Bangalore traffic.
I only need it for 1-1.5 years max as I have masters plan and we already have a 7seater family car. So I’m looking for a small compact car for short term. I’m open for both USED and NEW.
I have a soft corner for i20 almost cracked a deal but pulled out at the last minute because I felt it was overpriced (8.5L for 2025 asta).
Can someone recommended/suggest some good hatchbacks with good resale value?
