I’m 25 and single, and lately I’ve been getting this weird FOMO that if I don’t do something now, I’ll end up with the wrong partner someday. Like someone not supportive, not humble, no vibe match.
At the same time, I genuinely feel low energy to approach people now. Seeing toxic relationships around me has made dating feel mentally exhausting before it even starts.
I do have a crush in office, but when I think of texting her, my brain goes:
