Is it still okay to complain about the state of the game?

The last few seasons have been terrible. AI has gotten worse than it used to be, matchmaking (at least in my region) seems to have gotten much worse, and recently I’ve even been experiencing random crashes. I really wanted to have high hopes for Gekishin or even Overhaul, but I think I’ve given it too many chances to realize that, at the end of the day, the result is always the same—or even worse—largely because of this pathetic company.
Sorry for the broken English and for (yet another) post complaining about the game, but I just really wanted to vent after a series of bad experiences with it. To those who are going to keep playing, keep having fun, and I wish you good gaming; for me, unfortunately, there’s no way I can keep going anymore.
