Group, I just recently upgraded my iPhone 12 to an iPhone 17. All of my apps, data, etc. was carried over successfully. However, I just attempted to open VeWorld and it says my app is blocked. "To continue using this app securely and effectively, please enable the biometric authentication feature in your device's settings." I checked the app in settings, and I have Face ID turned on. This didn't help me get in and I am still receiving the aforementioned message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
