I'm hoping it's just stiff and will soften up, but I noticed while playing The New Tetris that the D pad is not nearly as responsive as my old controllers' D pads.

High level play on this game requires very fast sequences of up/down inputs combined with left/right to navigate pieces. I tried wireless, wired, original cart, and summer cart versions. No luck.

It's a shame because I love the pro controller otherwise.
