How long until these growths fall over the trellis?

Its been nearly a year now with this dragonfruit and its getting close to start falling over the trellis. How long until that happens?

My dragonfruit reached the top of it’s trellis, I have a few questions.

After about ~10 ish months of having this dragonfruit plant, it’s reached the trellis. But i’m not too sure when i should tip it because the end of the growth seems a but thin or not wide enough for me, but im not too sure, im also not sure if its etiolation but I doubt it since this plant gets direct sunlight every day. Any tips on what I should do now?

My dragonfruit has been growing like crazy since spring began here in south florida, and just about a month or so ago I fertilized my dragonfruits for the first time. How is the new growth looking? Any tips? (I also forgot to mention that I changed the painters tape that was holding my dragonfruit up with some gardener’s tape as you can see.)
