Sorry if im in the wrong sub but I’m in SO MUCH FUCKING PAIN rn and can’t think properly

I have 4 impacted wisdom teeth and my bottom left one is just causing so much pain to the point I’m losing sleep, having headaches, and gum swelling. I have to leave my country in early September for school and don’t know what to do. My dental insurance fucking sucks, my family is poor as shit, and I’ve been downing ibuprofen and aspirin like candy on rotation for 3 days. What should I do to deal with the pain, besides going to an emergency dentist or urgent care?

Update (14:21 on 8/18): got some 4x extra strength oragel so I’m gonna put it on and take a nap
