I really hate ghost. The have a considerably hp, high damage and EMP shoot, which is the most problematic thing. What can I do againts them?

I'm a Protoss player and sorry if I'm saying bullshit. But I have been watching more pro games now and I don't know why but I feel that Ultralisks are the worst tier 3 units of the game comparing with Brood Lords, Colossi, Carriers, Thors and Battlecruisers. Because when the player gets them, normally the enemy already has good counters. What is your opinion about that?
