I don't really understand what defines what kind of cards I get. I know that they are depended on the task at hand (e.g. gain distance, do damage etc...) but what about the different kind of cards I have to choose from. See screenshot, there are two cards that do exactly the same but cost different amount of resources. And even worse is that the cheaper one is better!! Is it the kind of sailers that defines it or is it random? I don't fully understand. please help
