For those who recently took the NAPLEX, what kind of vancomycin dosing questions did you get? I’m finding the dosing/monitoring calculation a little confusing. Were they mainly AUC-based, trough-based, loading/maintenance dose, or dose adjustments? Any examples or topics you recommend focusing on would really help. Thank you!

Hello everyone, I don’t know why but I feel schizophrenia and psychosis chapter a little hard to remember for the exam perspective. I did it two times. I was okay with the chapter but when I started testing myself with the questions it’s below average most of the questions I’m missing on a close call.
