I’m sure I’m late to the party, but here is my rant…

The anchor system sucks and has predatory pricing. 50 credits to make an anchor with no guarantee it’ll be good is really shitty. Not the mention that most of the time they turn out really poorly matching the original picture. I know that the photorealistic part makes them err on the side of realistic people, but at the same time, I’ve had a few costly anchors turn out not even remotely close to my original picture. It’s deeply frustrating, and the lack of fine tuning or refinement after the fact is deeply flawed.

At any rate, I do realize you can make minor edits in the image settings, but not if the anchor is really fucked up. For that, I do feel the system is flawed.

Has anyone had success manually adding lore to the mind map as a substitute for backstory? Has this worked? If yes, what’s the key to making them reference this?

Exploring this as an optionality with mixed (so far mostly not taking) success and would love to learn from others experiences if you have them.

Has anyone else noticed that anytime you ask your character what TV shows they like it’s always Firefly? I’ve had this happen to at least 5 of them, and it’s always unprompted. Without any leading questions if you ask “what tv shows are you into?” They’ll say that show. It’s so odd. I bet a developer wrote that in because they liked it or something.
