Reversed marking?

Found this pink/flamingo roaster that has the PYREX marking reversed.
Seems to be rare?

Apo b results

Took almost 4 weeks to get this back due to a backlog in reagents apparently.

Diet and exercise got me to lose weight, got my LDL down from 3.99 mmol/L to 3.47 (normal), total cholesterol from 5.63 mmol/L to 4.93 (normal) but HDL dropped from 1.29 mmol/L to 1.06 (too low) (adding more healthy fats and weights to my exercise. Will test again in a few months).

Lp(A) normal so no genetic factor.

Apo b I understand to be a better metric. Was normal / right on the line before (1.05 g/l). Now is showing a significant drop to within normal (0.97 g/l). Still would like to see it a little lower and will retest in a few months.

Quite happy with all of this and it’s very motivating to see that my efforts are bringing results.

New here - question

All my lipid panel tests over the last 5 years have creeped in the wrong direction and have shown slightly elevated LDL, cholesterol, non HDL and slightly low HDL. Triglycerides normal.

Made some changes, lost some weight and my LDL, cholesterol and non HDL are now normal but my HDL dropped further.

How do you get that up without affecting the others?
I still have weight to lose, I’m active, don’t smoke.
