On the fandom wiki's achievement list under "Scrapped Achievements", there's one for "Found Signal" described as ">!the Hidden Gorge's simulation connection building antenna signal on the Stranger!<". Does this exist in-game? If not, has this ever been discussed as to what it was supposed to be about?
