Is Ditto's claim support actually good?
I'm 25M and currently looking to buy health insurance for myself. I've shortlisted:
- HDFC ERGO Optima Secure+
- Aditya Birla Activ One MAX
I'm considering buying through Ditto since i have heard many people recommending it, But
I came across a comment saying claim experience isnt good
For people who have actually bought insurance through Ditto and later made a health-insurance claim:
- How was your experience with Ditto during the claim?
- Did they actually help with documentation, insurer queries, escalation/rejection, etc.?
- Would you recommend buying through Ditto, or is it better to buy directly from the insurer?
Particularly interested in real claim experiences, both good and bad.
