Y'all I passed my kidney stones!!

I got to know about them a week ago and first scans showed they are stuck in the Bladder ureter junction. So the lucky bit was I pushed through the first pain. (It was brutal) And passed them completely through the ureter.

I actually went light jogging when I got the pain as I've heard that helps. Not easy at all.

For a couple of days they stayed stuck at the junction and yesterday I peed them out!

Popped out of my PP like a champagne and there they were...

Super relieved.

Btw, ultrasound said the largest stone was 8.6 mm but I peed out 3 in total so might be possible they came out in fragments.

Just wanted to share hope!

Drink plenty of water and pee them out!
