Update is I was awarded an earlier effective date back to 2008 for Headaches, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, IBS, skin disorder, and anxiety disorder. I have only been paid 10% back payment for 10% of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome but was given a 40% rating based on a clear unmistakable error then reduced to 10% by a C&P examiner that said I took medication for these symptoms which improved my issues significantly. Which was 1,000% incorrect and the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. So I went to 60% on appeal in less than 60 days time. Now the VA must determine what my rating should have been in 2008. How they will determine that I have no clue whatsoever. Seems extremely complicated. However I should see a substantial payment within the next 60 days or hopefully less. I will keep everyone posted as soon as I know anything else. FYI I filed for my hearing in Sept 2021. I got this decision today and I’m still not finished waiting.

I just received a text message saying that the BVA has reached a decision and a letter will be mailed shortly. I tried to log in and read it but it says the application is down and it won’t let me see any of my claims even the completed ones. Been in the ALJ offices since 17, April for review and decision. Anyone else have this happen! Been waiting since September 2021 for this and can’t even see it.
