Thinking about entering tournaments, but my Coral Pro paddle is not USAP approved. What to do?
Of course I'm not anywhere near a global professional or anything like that, but I am in Quebec and I started looking into entering some tournaments near me. Yesterday I got the Coral Pro and, as excited as I was, I only found out this morning that it was not USA Pickleball approved. Pickleball Quebec / Canada Pickleball uses the USAP approved list from what I am seeing. I am extremely upset, I spent 350$ for it and I immediately regret it because of this. Why is it not approved?
What are my options here? I can't refund it, should I just get the Coral? Try to look for tournaments that do not have USAP approved paddle? Have you guys ever been in this situation, if so what did you end up doing?
