I submitted an assignment 4 days prior to the due date, didn’t use AI and had made sure I followed the rubric, yet I received a 0%, with no resubmission email or email about academic integrity concerns. What do I do? I care about my grades and I really don’t want to pay for the subject again to retake it.

I figured if I was mistakenly flagged for AI I would’ve received a resubmission email or something of the sort. Is this a mistake? Has this happened to someone before? I have contacted the unit chair asking about it but I’m just concerned about what this could mean for my course completion.
