I have to wait to finish the flagyl before I start the pill. I plan on taking one capful of MiraLAX daily. I am very worried because I’m a teacher and can‘t drink a lot of water or use the bathroom often. thankfully we are at the end of the school year, which will make it easier. I have 40 pounds to lose. im also worrying about the SIBO because I have bacteria in my intestines where it shouldn’t be and fecal overload in the colon. I go daily, but I’m worried about the slow down. has anyone else dealt with SIBO and side effects? also, what should I expect the first few days? I’m a heavy lifter at the gym five days a week, but I really struggle with water intake.
