Unusual electric guitar neck behavior
Hi! In most cases, when it gets drier, the guitar neck straightens out and the strings sit closer to it, and when it gets wetter, the neck tends to bend in the direction of the string tension. This has always been the case with my first and second guitars. But with my third guitar, it's the opposite. When it gets wetter, the strings sit closer to the neck. Is this a common phenomenon? The 1st and 2nd have a rosewood fretboards, and 3rd (G&L legacy) has maple.
