Beware of PR

Social media plays a huge role in turning personal issues into public issues. There is almost no “personal” anymore in this modern era.

The sad thing is, we are slowly becoming accustomed to hating people because of what PR and media feed us. One thing is for sure — we are evolving in a very negative direction.

We can literally burn an entire family into ashes in every comment section without even knowing the full story.

I'm not saying we should stop using social media or only use it productively and positively. We need entertainment, and I need entertainment too.

But somewhere along the way, we have started accepting bad news as brain food. At the end of the day, negativity itself has become entertainment for us — unless and until it happens in our own life.

Maybe we should pause before becoming part of someone else's destruction.

Paid 1:1 Project Mentorship / Practical Work Guidance

Looking for a Paid 1:1 Snowflake + dbt Mentor / Job Support

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on a Snowflake + dbt data engineering project and I’m looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer / Snowflake + dbt professional who can provide 1:1 paid job support and practical guidance for the next 2–3 months.

I’m mainly looking for someone who can guide me through my day-to-day project work, explain the approach clearly, review my work, and help me become independent rather than simply providing training.

What I’m looking for:

- Strong hands-on Snowflake

- Strong SQL

- Good experience with dbt / dbt Cloud

- Python knowledge

- Git / Bitbucket workflow

- Real-world ETL/ELT and data engineering experience

- Production issue debugging & troubleshooting

- Code review and best-practice guidance

- Ability to explain project tasks step-by-step

Support required:

- Duration: 2–3 months

- Around 1–2 hours/day, preferably on weekdays

- Online sessions / screen sharing

- IST morning or evening

- Tamil-speaking mentor preferred, but not mandatory

- This is a paid opportunity — compensation can be discussed based on experience and availability.

I’m specifically looking for practical project/job support, not interview coaching or a generic course.

If you have strong hands-on Snowflake + dbt experience and are available for 1:1 mentoring, please DM me with your experience, availability and expected monthly/hourly fee.

Thank you!
