Havoc Sparking In Central City!
A power outage has spread through Central City! Traffic lights, entire buildings, streets, and everything the people need to survive! This is quite terrible... If only a Hero were around to help save it!

"Hehehe!"
Suddenly a streak of lightning runs through the city! Laughter trailing right behind. The green bolt runs across and atop of stopped cars, down streets, all until it finds it's striking point. Jumping up the green lightning becomes clear. It's none other than, the mean green, Surge The Tenrec!
"Haha! This is perfect!" Says the tenrec as she hops onto the top of building, spreading her palms as she stares at an electrical tower. Eyes glowing a bright blue as she ready's herself. "I get to save the entire city! People are gunna be singing my praises in the street after I supercharge the powergrid! Bet I'll even be on the news!"
Surge wastes no time getting into action! Her wrist rings extend their electrical rods as electricity quickly dances along each one. Completing the circle as it then shoots forward! Headed straight towards the electric tower! It lights up wildly as electricty traverses throughout the city!
The once darkened city quickly regains power in the blink of an eye! Lights turn back on and cut through the night. She did it! The city's safe and-
Krasssh! Screech! Buzzzz~!
Suddenly one of the street lamps explodes. And another. And another- Over and over. Somethings wrong?! Oh no, Surge's elrctricity is far too strong! The city can't handle it, if this keeps up the power will not only go out again but chaos and even more damage will be left in it's wake!
"Huh?! What's going on...?" The tenrec's ear flicks to the sounds of destruction as she temporarily stops and looks away. "Aww crap, some of the lights got busted. But how-"
Vrrooom...
"Ugh! I only took my focus off it for a seconds and it lost power? Are you kidding me?!" Surge said in frustration woth a frown, quickly resuming to restore power. "It must not have been enough power! That's fine, I still got this! I'll just turn up the voltage even higher!"
The tenrec's eyes are filled with a sparking determination. Grinding her sharp teeth together. She WILL save them, and take all of the glory for herself.
"No one's gunna save the day but me, the spotlight's all mine!"
Her mind is set but if this continues everyone is in danger... Can you stop her?
