For example, medical research, technological development, environmental protection, etc.? It seems the world has always been busy cleaning up your messes instead (Chernobyl, the recycling of your nuclear submarines, the drying up of the Aral Sea). I get the impression that your priority has always been pouring resources into military technology and regime preservation. Honestly, in my 40 years of life, I have only ever seen "Made in Russia" on a glass from IKEA. Nowhere else... I don't mean to be offensive; it is just a serious question.
