TL;DR - I’m searching for a good DF cheese-flavored cracker to buy off the shelf or recipe.

Rant: it seems like every DF food company is taking turns ripping the rug out from under us! First, Miyoko’s, and now I’m making DF butter from scratch. The Van’s stopped making their pancakes, so I’m making those from scratch every weekend to last through the week. Now MadeGood has discontinued their cheddar star puffed crackers?!? These were my son’s favorites, and he has so very few favorites to choose from these days.

Does anyone know a good recipe that is similar? Or different product to try? We are getting desperate over here! Any thoughts appreciated! TIA!
