I just needed to breathe and sleep after 50 years of rhinoplasty torture

I was looking for basically “do no harm” and to breathe. I did NOT want my nose changed. As you AGE, it is medically dangerous to breathe against nasal resistance. Heart attacks, strokes, high BP, all the things you DO NOT think about when you are 17!
I finally did it 3 weeks ago! I’ve had a couple of good breathing nights. Hopefully it will get better. What do you think? I’m not 17 anymore.

Has anyone had a cadaver rib graft? What stages of healing did it go through, how long, and was it successful. I also had the deviated septum and she trimmed my turbinates. How did that to go? Did anyone as for the operative report? I don’t feel
Like I’m getting a straight answer when I ask what she exactly did???? It’s really upsetting me.
