Leaves tacoing on only one plant in the bed? Thinking mites so have some lost coast plant therapy coming. Any other ideas? Thanks.

first post. feedback welcome. Second grow outdoor in Oregon. put in ground mid June. had some reveg issues as well as a rabbit eating two of them down to just the stem. They bounced back though 😅. Total of 9 plants 👏(last pic is of the plant that didn’t reveg and got proper training to be a bush)
