getting in shape before top surgery?

I have my procedure locked in for early November of this year (yay!), and I'm wondering if there are any resources/tips/personal experiences related to getting "in shape" prior to top surgery. I know it affected my partner's flexibility and mobility in their upper torso and shoulders in particular. I have some chronic pain and other conditions (likely hypermobile tbh) so I'll need to take it slow and/or be very gentle on myself. Basically -- less worried about appearance, more worried about the healing process and being as prepared as possible while I still have time.

Basically what the title asks: has anyone gotten an intrathecal pain pump to help with chronic/neurological pain related to FND? For me, the pain is super bad after a seizure and if I've been pushing it too hard. The other week I had to travel by myself for work, and even with the usage of my wheelchair, I was in agony by the time I got home a few days later. Obviously not super sustainable. I'm considering visiting a pain management specialist I've seen before (prior to my diagnosis and subsequent treatment). Would looooove to not suffer on a regular basis.
