How would the land value tax be implemented with the presence of churches?

This sparked my mind because I thought about how the land value tax would apply to churches especially when churches are exempt from taxation due to their status as non-profit organizations. I also considered that one could argue that a land value tax might be unconstitutional because there wouldn't be a separation of church and state when these churches are getting taxed. I ultimately want the land value tax to get pass these circumstantial hurdles and progress potentially to the national level, and I think this scenario with churches also brings up the further discussion about how us Georgists can practically implement the land value tax without it violating federal or state constitutions.

I was thinking about this consistently the other day when it came to the implementation of the citizens dividend funded by land value tax hypothetically within a society. Most of the current welfare systems restricts people based off income or other financial factors, which set people into this cycle of poverty. However, there has also been this fear that even if welfare wasn’t means-tested, there would still be people that were willing to be unproductive towards an economy. With the citizens dividend, I’d assume that the welfare trap should lift considering the universality that it relies upon philosophically.

I did come up with the scenario in my head at one point where if the citizens dividend were to exist, there could potentially be the incentive for native-born people to work when the labor that they could provide might increase land values. I also thought about the implications of immigration into a Georgist economy, and I also came to same conclusion for those people too. I am also aware that there has been this fear of immigration consistently throughout history when it has come to jobs, wages, culture, and other parts of a country.

If the land values are to increase from this increased demand for labor, wouldn’t that incentivize people to work so that they can get more from the citizens dividend?

There might be some important economic factors that I am missing out upon, but I am willing to hear such advice or discussions upon this topic.
