I haven’t been watering for 3weeks because of a repot when I last watered I started to notice the codex getting soft and wrinkly

I just repotted 2 weeks ago for the spring and I haven’t been watering iv been checking on it and I haven’t seen these spots I watered today went to the store and come back to this ???
