I am so excited!
Hi y’all! I just saw a post on the local FB neighborhood group from someone who mentioned being Folk Catholic. This time, when I saw those words, a bell went off in my noggin & I finally looked it up.
I HAVE FOUND MY TRIBE! I never even realized what I do is called Folk Catholicism nor have I ever met anyone like me, outside of a select few of my family members. At least, not that I’m aware…we live in New Orleans, so no doubt I have. I just never knew where to look. Believe me, I have NO idea how I failed to figure this out. I suppose it wasn’t time for me to realize until now.
I’m finally home, friends!!!! I absolutely can’t believe it, but just like *that*, suddenly another puzzle piece fits. A BIG one, too! Always amazes me how we never know where life will take us on any given day.
