People considering the SBI IndiGo Credit Card — DONT GET ONE!
My experience so far has been extremely disappointing.
The card markets IndiGo BlueChips benefits heavily, but: • My promised reward points still haven’t been credited properly even after meeting all conditions • Customer care keeps giving generic responses and saying points are “already credited” when they clearly are not • The rewards rate itself is weak. Effectively around 1 BlueChip per ₹100 spend in many cases • The card is NOT Lifetime Free either, so you’re paying ₹1500 annual fees for a rewards structure that honestly doesn’t feel worth it
I specifically took this card for travel rewards and now I’m stuck chasing support for benefits that should have been automatic.
Please evaluate alternatives carefully before applying. A travel card should reduce travel stress, not create more of it.
Please drop down your suggestions if you happen to know/use a better option for such case.
