Should I choose a part time job while studying or full time job that pays for studying?

I need advice on two job opportunities that I have offers.

There's a position that pays me to become a CNA but then has a year contract for working with them exclusively after there are opportunities for an RN path with the same year contract. Very good deal overall, but I've been interested in engineering, education wise. However, it's hard to turn down experience in the medical field. That I could use the pay to save for College

The other is part-time in a hybrid remote position that I have experience in. That I could balance whilst taking classes.

Both pay decently the same. I'm just asking for a second opinion on which one would benefit long-term

TLDR: CNA/RN and save money or Hybrid remote + part-time devoted to classes
