So I’m a first year about 4 months in as an EBA union apprentice working on data Centers. The experience isn’t the greatest but the money is amazing. I’m enjoying it but I can’t help but think about all the things I’m not learning. Looking at other posts and asking other people I’ve come to the conclusion to not quit the EBA work but that leads me to the question: how do I get better electrical experience? I haven’t even touched my pliers yet and I don’t know if I’m overreacting but I feel as if I won’t even know how to install a downlight or a gpo by the time my apprenticeship finishes. So how can I gain more knowledge and experience into making myself a better electrician?
